Seven year old Zeinab arrived at the 3DP4ME office on a bright spring morning for her scanning and fitting. She was cheerful and full of life, so much so that you would never guess the depth of what she has endured. Just two years ago, she lost her mother in a car accident on the desert highway, an accident that also resulted in the loss of her right leg below the knee.
Now living in Aqaba with her grandparents, Zeinab is surrounded by care and gentleness while her father works away. Though she came to understand loss at a very young age, it has not dimmed her spirit. Instead, she carries a quiet strength and a hopeful heart.
Today, Zeinab walks confidently with her new 3D-printed prosthesis, her steps filled with determination. She dreams of becoming a pediatric doctor, one who will help children just like her, turning her own journey into a source of healing for others.
Each patient receives:
1) Evaluation
2) Custom 3D printed socket and prostheses
3) Specialized physical therapy evaluation and follow up sessions pending patient needs
4) Ongoing maintenance
5) Holistic care with in-home visits checking on patients.
