We were honored to participate in this year’s Maker Collective 2025, an inspiring event organized by the Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) that brings together makers, innovators, and creatives from diverse sectors. The gathering provided a valuable space for individuals and organizations to share their work, exchange experiences, and highlight the growing impact of digital fabrication across different fields.
This year’s edition welcomed more than 4,200 visitors, and the environment reflected a thoughtful level of organization. The space was vibrant filled with curiosity, scientific inquiry, and meaningful exchanges creating an enriching atmosphere that supported exploration and learning at every corner.
As 3DP4ME, we had the opportunity to showcase our 3D printed prosthetics and hearing aids. It was incredibly rewarding to see how many visitors, especially students, were eager to learn more about our mission and even expressed interest in joining us as interns. Many attendees were touched by the stories behind our work and shared how inspiring it was to see technology being used to help people walk again and regain essential abilities.
Throughout the event, we also connected with other professionals working in similar fields. These conversations were rich with shared knowledge, new insights, and encouraging discussions about the future of patient-centered digital fabrication.
One of the highlights of the Maker Collective 2025 was the panel discussion, which brought together experts to explore industry challenges and opportunities. We were proud to join the panel on Patient-Specific Healthcare in Digital Fabrication, where we shared our experiences in Syria and discussed how digital tools have transformed our approach to healthcare. By bridging distances between patients and healthcare providers, digital fabrication has allowed us to deliver personalized solutions more efficiently and with greater accuracy, ultimately improving quality of life for those who need it most.
The Maker Collective 2025 was an uplifting reminder of the power of collaboration and innovation. We left the event energized and deeply grateful for the support and curiosity we received. We look forward to continuing our mission and helping even more patients through accessible, human-centered technology.
