We are planning to provide prostheses to child amputees in Jordan and Gaza, delivering holistic care, including physiotherapy and psychosocial support.
Our “STEP-BY-STEP PROJECT” plan:
PHASE 1 – JORDAN: A Pilot in Jordan to provide lower limbs to 5 kids
Set up prosthetic clinic in Amman office.
Hire prosthetist, 3D technician, and project manager.
Provide hands-on training by global experts.
Utilize 3D scanning and printing for custom-fit prosthetic sockets.
Include physiotherapy and psychosocial support.
PHASE 2 – GAZA: Develop a scalable model for Gaza to help with the overwhelming need.
Secure permissions and partnerships to work on the ground in Gaza.
Provide lower limbs to 50 kids who have lost limbs in the conflict.
5,000 people are estimated to need a prosthetic solution in Gaza.
Only 9 doctors trained as prosthetists remain.
Many rehabilitation clinics were destroyed.
A little update on our Step-By-Step pilot project for 3DP4ME.
Special thanks to all our supporters for helping make this happen!
